Stacey Meineke is freelance artist, who works in multi-media including film/video, graphic design and photography. Originally from Houston, she left Texas to pursue the arts in New York for a few years. She held various crew positions on independent films in New York: DP, 1st AC, 2nd AC, still photographer and key PA. She also worked in photography: shooting stills for NBC at Rockefeller Center and assisting a fashion photographer.

Before pursuing film in NYC, Stacey lived in Austin where she was an account manager/designer for Taylor Publishing Company. In April 2002 Stacey traveled to Kenya as a photojournalist. In December 2001 Stacey graduated cum laude from Baylor University, Waco, Texas, with a communications degree. Throughout college she spent countless hours in the communications building acquiring achievements as the editor-in-chief of an award-winning yearbook, the
photo-journalism teaching assistant, and a two-time winner of “best cinematography” at Black Glasses film festival.

Stacey continues to refine her craft and develop into a well-rounded artist.
